Garments Manufacturing means the production of garments products or clothing using machines and labor.

1. Blueprint making: Blueprint making is one of the most important parts of Garments Manufacturing. Blueprints can be given by the buyer or we (saastech fashion) can make our blueprint according to the market or buyer’s demand. We provide accurately measured blueprint to manufacturers so that your order is on the right track from the very beginning of production. We make sure to follow your exact measurements and design parts that lay the groundwork to manufacture flawless clothing pieces!
2. Sample Making: Sample making starts by following the detailed instruction and blueprint which was given by the buyer or the garments. After making the sample, Saastech fashion sends it to the buyer, and the employee who is working under our fashion house and their work is to show the sample to the shop owner. If the shop owner liked the sample based on the fabric design and the price, they order the sample from the employer and the employee sends an order copy to our fashion house.
3. Group Making: After confirming the order the buyer and the shop owner suggest the size of the fabric, color ratio, design, or a logo of the shop which could be added to the fabric. Group mainly made by the fabric size and divided by genders. Like some fabrics are made for males and some for females.
4. Marker making: Marker is used to cutting the fabric exactly and easily according to the given size. Marker is also an important part of Garments Manufacture. This process can be done both manually or using a computer, The marker also plays an important role in reducing costs.
5. Cutting: Cutting is the 2nd most important part of Garments Manufacture. After spreading the fabric, cutting it according to the size is very important to give the fabric a unique shape.
6. Parts Preparation: Individual parts are made in the preparation section of the garments. These parts are like shirt collars, sleeve cuffs, and sleeves are made in shirt manufacture. So many different types of cloth and products are made by different manufactures.
7. Garments printing and embroidery: Garments printing and embroidery are very related parts of manufacturing, also it is an important part because if the buyer wants to add some printing or embroidery on the cloth design, then the printing and embroidery section works to complete the demand.
8. Stitching Goods: Stitching is the most important part of Garments Manufacture. After cutting the fabric, stitching gives the fabric a perfect shape and size. This process can be done by hand or digital machine.
9. Garment Washing: Many types of garments need was, like, Denim, Twill, the washing need for making garments soft, color effect, remove dust, dyeing.
10. Inspecting: Inspecting is a part of garments manufacturing which is very important to know your garments is perfect or not. It also helps to recognize the quality of the products and problems. The Inspection team inspects all the products, again and again, to find any type of issue and effectively solve the issue. The inspection team has the right to take any decision if the product is low quality.
11. Delivery or Shipping: After Complete the products, the final step is to deliver the products to the buyer. Every garment has its transport services to deliver the products to the buyer safely. The transport service will deliver the products and collect a receipt or a confirmation paper from the buyer and submit it to the management team.
